Run more efficiently. Protect margin. Support profitable growth.

You should not have to be the operations, finance and supply chain department while building the brand. TierSentry helps keep payments, invoices, orders and shipment issues moving, checks account profitability and follows through on approved next steps. Software supports routine work, with experienced review when an issue requires judgment.

Keep more time for sales, fundraising and growth.

Compare two illustrative workloads at $50/hour: the value of owner or team time, or the assumed cost of buying equivalent covered help. TierSentry combines software, structured follow-through and experienced review in one monthly fee.

“Net hours” means owner or team time actually avoided after time spent supplying records, approving actions and coordinating with TierSentry. The $50/hour rate and 20/40-hour workloads are assumptions, not beverage-industry benchmarks or included service hours. These examples assume that the covered work fits your package. Plans cover defined responsibilities, not a purchased block of hours. Time value is not cash savings. Count actual payroll or contractor reductions only when documented, and do not count the same benefit twice.

At introductory pricing, these same examples leave $751/month for Commercial and $1,251/month for Managed in time value above the fee. Both introductory fees are $251/month below standard for six months.

How the value comparison works

Compare the responsibilities your operation actually needs, including who reviews the evidence, coordinates partners and supervises delivery. TierSentry packages have defined account and issue limits; they do not promise a block of staff hours or replace a full internal department.

Evaluate ongoing value against the standard subscription prices: $500/month for Commercial and $1,000/month for Managed. The six-month introductory prices of $249 and $749 are an additional benefit, not proof of the service’s value.

Use owner-confirmed time saved, documented paid assistance avoided, operating improvements and supported financial benefits. Estimated time value, actual expense reductions and cash received remain separate, without double-counting. TierSentry does not replace full bookkeeping, receivables collection, shipment execution or legal services.

When does my brand need Managed Operating Support?

Commercial Operating Support covers up to 10 directly supported commercial relationships and 10 active routine issues, with weekly review and ongoing authorized follow-ups. Managed Operating Support expands coverage to 30 relationships and 30 active issues, adds twice-weekly review, deeper profitability and new-account terms analysis, cross-partner coordination, and one monthly planning session.

  • More than 10 directly supported relationships or more than 10 active routine issues requires a broader plan or a smaller agreed scope.
  • A need for twice-weekly review, deeper commercial analysis, or substantial coordination across several partners is a Managed Operating Support responsibility.
  • Reaching the entry plan’s relationship or issue capacity at two consecutive weekly reviews prompts a documented scope and upgrade discussion.

We show the covered relationships, active issues, and upcoming priorities in your progress updates. At a limit, we agree which work stays covered before accepting additional work. You can request an upgrade or prioritize a smaller scope. No automatic paid upgrade or surprise charge occurs; you approve the price and effective date first.

A distributor serving 50 retailers counts as one relationship if TierSentry works only with that distributor. Separately supported retailers count individually. An issue is one distinct operating matter; its emails, reminders, and follow-ups are not separate issues. Closing an issue frees capacity. Outstanding issues remain tracked across monthly periods. Revenue or transaction volume alone does not force an upgrade.

Operating work taken on. Progress and value made visible.

After payment, choose your priorities, authorize the relevant records and agree communication rules during secure setup. We confirm covered accounts, responsibilities, review days and the first summary date. Start with records you already have. Useful delivery begins when those records are available.

1 · Agree the work we take over

Cover your recurring operating priorities

Payment follow-up, order and shipment questions, changing charges, and account-profit review can all be included within the covered relationships. We establish a brief baseline of the work you handle, approximate time spent, and any paid assistance, without a lengthy assessment.

2 · Review, coordinate, and follow through

Keep several items moving

Commercial Operating Support includes weekly review and up to 10 active routine issues. Managed Operating Support adds twice-weekly review, up to 30 active issues, deeper coordination and analysis, and monthly planning. Software supports routine work and tracks progress. TierSentry coordinates authorized requests and ongoing follow-ups through agreed workflows. Experienced review focuses on material exceptions, disputed evidence and sensitive communications. Your brand approves commitments. Follow-ups are included within the agreed scope.

3 · See the value delivered

A monthly summary you can verify

See work handled, actions and responses, owner-confirmed time saved, evidenced paid assistance avoided, operating improvements, and financial benefits supported by records. Estimates, potential savings, cash received, and verified savings remain separate. We do not count the same benefit twice.

Your business keeps moving. The support continues.

New payments, orders, costs, and partner questions receive attention. Outstanding actions carry forward; closing an issue frees capacity for another. At 30 and 60 days, we review what work came off your plate and whether the continuing support earns its place in your business.
