Eligibility and capacity
Enrollment is subject to TierSentry fit review, data readiness, and available capacity. The Founding Customer Program is limited to the first ten approved active brands. Approval of a lead does not itself create a charge.
FOUNDING CUSTOMER PROGRAM TERMS
Clear commitments for the first ten qualified brands.
These terms describe TierSentry's controlled paid Beta and founding-customer protections.
Packages and monthly fees
Essentials Beta is $149 per month. Standard Beta is $499 per month. Checkout identifies the selected package and recurring monthly price before payment. Taxes, if applicable, are shown by the payment processor.
Beta-service scope
TierSentry combines current platform capabilities with professional review and managed operating services. Features identified as planned or coming soon are not part of the current service commitment until TierSentry confirms they are live. Beta software and processes may change, and uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
AI-assisted guidance and approval
AI-assisted features may help organize evidence, explain information gaps, prioritize work, and prepare draft questions or actions. These outputs are decision support, not autonomous instructions or verified financial conclusions. The brand retains approval authority, no partner communication is sent without authorization, and material customer-facing findings remain subject to TierSentry review.
Founding-price guarantee and notice
The accepted founding price is guaranteed for 12 months from activation. TierSentry will provide at least 60 days' written notice before any increase. No increase may take effect during the guaranteed period, and the brand may cancel before an increase becomes effective. A future list price or general-availability date does not automatically change an active subscription.
Monthly Value Commitment
For each complete review period with the agreed information available, TierSentry will provide an evidence-backed operating result: an identified exception, a recommended or completed corrective action, documented progress on an existing issue, or confirmation of the reviewed workflow's control status. Financial results are reported only at the supported evidence classification. TierSentry will not recommend continued service when the available evidence does not support ongoing operational value.
60-day value checkpoint
After two complete review cycles, TierSentry will recommend whether the brand should continue, adjust its scope or package, pause, or discontinue. The checkpoint depends on the brand providing the agreed authorized information and responding to material evidence requests. It is not a guarantee of recovered revenue.
Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout. Fees already earned for the current period are not prorated except where required by law. Payment processing is provided by Stripe; TierSentry does not store full card details.
Customer responsibilities
The brand must provide accurate information, have authority to share submitted business records, maintain secure account access, and avoid submitting consumer payment-card data, passwords, API keys, or unnecessary regulated personal information.
Confidentiality and data
Each party should protect nonpublic business information using reasonable care. TierSentry uses brand data to provide, secure, support, and improve the contracted service, subject to written permissions and the Privacy Notice. Broader aggregated or network use requires separate authorization.
Ownership
Each brand retains ownership of its source data. TierSentry retains all rights in its software, workflows, methods, models, taxonomies, interfaces, documentation, reports, templates, and improvements, excluding customer-owned source data and customer trademarks.
Commercial review
These website terms are an operational beta baseline and are not a substitute for a negotiated services agreement where one is required. TierSentry may require additional written terms for sensitive data, partner access, custom work, or broader deployments.
Effective August 13, 2026. This beta baseline should be reviewed by qualified counsel before live paid enrollment.
